Cancellations
You may request a cancellation from your booking history or by contacting us. Cancellation conditions depend on the service provider and are shown on the service page before you book.
Refund eligibility
Refunds are issued according to the cancellation terms of the booked service. Non-refundable bookings, service fees and visa processing fees may not be refunded once processing has started.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and are typically 7 to 14 business days.
